Sometimes in life you experience a perfect moment. A moment you wouldn’t change a single thing about. A moment that becomes a memory that seems to only strengthen with time. When you think about it, the smells, the sounds and the feelings remain Lao’d and clear.
For Traveler Jack, this happened while skipping rocks with a group of Lao monks on the Mekong River.
He stood there together with these monks on the shores of this majestic river filled with the simple but universal joy of watching a stone glide across the glassy water, rippling into the distance. It was a brief moment of seeing eye-to-eye and smile-to-smile with someone so different from himself.
A’Lao us to introduce to you a piece of Laos brought back by a different traveler who carries memories of his own from Laos…
Here’s to the memories that remain Lao’d and clear and to feeling good—because after all, it's Friday!
