Santiago's story

Santiago is a 28-year-old man who is married with a beautiful family. They live in a community of the small village of Chuachinup.

For Santiago, his family is very important. So that they do not lack anything, he dedicates himself to buying and selling traditional clothing. He has been carrying out this business for four years. His business is located on one of the main streets of his community.

Santiago, with the goal of continuing to strengthen his business and satisfy his customers, is asking for a loan that he will use to buy clothing products like güipiles (traditional woven blouses), sashes, and skirts.

His greatest desire is to improve the living conditions of his family.

This loan is special because:

It targets low-income borrowers who can't access typical microfinance loans.
