Leaving a Footprint

Leaving a Footprint

Well, it's Valentine's Day and I'm sure you've already been bombarded with messages about romance, love, and all that mushy stuff. So why not talk about something different instead?

Perhaps one of the longest relationships you'll ever have is the one you have with planet Earth.

From the mountains,

to the hills,

to the plains,

to the canyons,

to the oceans,

to the animals,

and to the people.

This Earth matters. It's our home.

So here's to leaving it better than you found it,

to always gibbon more than you take,

and to caring about solving the world's prob-llamas, whether big or small.

(And since it's Valentine's Day, here's also to shedding love on someone today.)

This week's fabric finder is a great example of making a mark on the world. Karen Duca works with an organization called USAID whose mission is to improve global health, promote equality, and develop education, while still protecting biodiversity and helping the environment.

While traveling in Tanzania, Karen picked up this awesome Giraffic print.

Here’s to leaving a positive footprint on the world & to feeling good—because after all, it’s Friday!

PS. Plus a fan favorite that's now back in stock. We found some extra fabric laying around so we decided to make a few more. Enjoy :)
